How to see free practice on TV
Hello and welcome back to LIVE LIVE of the free practice of the GP of Portugal, the last round of the 2020 MotoGP World Championship. The two-wheeled Circus is close to bringing the curtain down in Portimao, a new venue for drivers and teams. Precisely to allow the riders to steal the secrets of the Lusitanian track, the practice shifts will have a longer duration just to give way to the asphalt pioneers to enjoy a less hasty and more accurate learning. FP1 and FP2 will in fact last longer than usual, that is to say 80 minutes per shift.
In the premier class, in fact, everything is already decided. The Spanish Joan Mir of Suzuki has already celebrated the world title in Valencia, but six riders can still fight for second place in the championship in the last race of the year and among these Franco Morbidelli (currently in the square of honor) has a good chance. The “Morbido” in fact wants to confirm himself up to the situation after the victory in Valencia, the third of the season for him, also to send a clear message to Yamaha and reaffirm the concept of a rider in whom to strongly believe and on which to bet ahead of next year.
It will be a special weekend for Valentino Rossi and Andrea Dovizioso. The “Doctor”, protagonist for various reasons of a disastrous championship, will greet the Yamaha Factory Team to marry in 2021 in Team Petronas right next to Morbidelli. Valentino will therefore want to leave a good memory of himself, like Dovizioso. The rider from Forlì is at the last “performance” with the Ducati colors. As is well known, he will not be there next year and therefore there is no lack of motivation for him to express 100% of his possibilities on the Portuguese track.
