Morata and Kramaric animate the competition

Jakarta

The highest scoring title race World Cup 2022 get busy. Alvaro Morata added a goal on matchday two e Andrej Kramaric print braces.

Morata added a goal as Spain drew 1-1 against Germany on matchday two of Group E for the 2022 World Cup at Al Bayt Stadium on Monday (28/11/2022) WIB early morning. The Atletico Madrid striker has now conceded two goals from colleague Ferran Torres.

The Croatian striker, Andrej Kramaric, also seemed to enliven the golden boot contest. He contributed two goals as Croatia beat Canada 4-1 at the Khalifa International Stadium, in their Group F match which concluded on Monday (28/11/2022) WIB early morning.

The number of goals for the two players is still lower than Enner Valencia and Kylian Mbappe, who snatched the opposing goal three times. Richarlison has the chance to equal or surpass Valencia’s and Mbappe’s goal tally if he can lead Brazil to beat Switzerland on matchday two in Group G.

67 goals have been scored in 28 World Cup matches so far. Of that number, there were 43 players who contributed a goal.

Tentative list of best scores for the 2022 World Cup:
