The Wasserburg Gerswalde eV Association wants to surprise visitors to the water castle with a new idea on Saturday, September 7th. Instead of a water castle festival with lots of medieval themes, a “new market with music” is to be tried out. At 11 a.m. there will be a colorful market bustle around the water castle, including a flea market for everyone for a small fee, according to the organizers. Clown Marco will entertain the little ones with his participatory circus.

The highlight of the new format will undoubtedly be a moonlight menu in the castle courtyard from 5 to 7 p.m. As Kathleen Bethmann from the Wasserburg Association reported, the seats at the table are already selling like hotcakes. “We’re already fully booked,” she reported. However, the other guests at the evening party, which then continues with a concert by “Berlin Straits – the best of Mark Knopfler,” don’t have to go hungry. “There are snacks on offer, the oven is on,” she said. And the best thing: there are still a few tickets available for the music party in the evening with handmade live music to sing along to, listen to and dance to.
