AC Milan had to work hard to get three points at home Monza. Rossoneri won 1-0 through goals junior messiah.

Milan started the match not smooth because their goal almost conceded in the first two minutes. In the first minute Patrick Ciuria appeared from behind to cheat the ball into the penalty box, but Ciprian Tatarusanu was able to brush it off.
A minute later, Andrea Petagna got space to head the ball in the penalty box, again pushed over by Ciprian Tatarusanu.
Monza, who is unbeaten in his last seven home matches, has really troubled Milan. Only then could the visitors get out of the pressure after the first 15 minutes had passed.
Opportunity came in the 19th minute through Rafael Leao who shot from a free kick situation, even though the ball still hit the post.
In the 25th minute, Monza goalkeeper Michele De Gregorio made two brilliant saves. The first was from Rafael Leao’s shot which followed Junior Messias’ through ball.
Brahim Diaz quickly grabbed the rebound ball even though De Gregorio was able to block it.
Di Gregorio again thwarted Milan’s chance of scoring a goal, this time in the 31st minute. Fikayo Tomori was in a free position on the left when he volleyed and the ball was pushed over by Di Gregorio while jumping.
Di Gregorio’s goal also broke in the 31st minute through Junior Messias. At the start of the turmoil in the Monza defense, Messias was able to get the ball and shoot into the right corner of the goal from outside the penalty box.
Score 1-0 lasted until halftime.
Signed in the second half, Milan are still in control of the game. However, Monza did not give up trying to catch up and almost scored in the 52nd minute if Tatarusanu did not catch Petagna’s shot.
Theo Hernandez in the 57th minute almost doubled the score. Seeing the Monza goalkeeper come out of his nest, Theo immediately tossed the ball towards the goal but it went wide.
Milan was under pressure in the last 20 minutes of the game. In the 73rd minute, Monza had two successive chances through Ciurria who shot at goal but hit the post. The ball bounced off Tatarusanu’s back and then went wide after hitting the post.
Milan also had the chance to increase their advantage in the 85th minute. First from Tonali, whose shot was pushed over by Di Gregorio, then the rebound was struck by Alexis Saelemaekers, but was able to be blocked again.
