And a hand was raised – at the back, next to each other were Neshka Robeva and Svetlin Rusev. He came out on the rostrum and the hall fell silent from his fiery speech. He was not against this consolidation of the regions, but against the centers and proved convincingly that it cannot be Razgrad and not Ruse. It can’t be Lovech, but Veliko Tarnovo or Pleven. Haskovo cannot compete with Stara Zagora…. He was right, incredibly right. Zhivkov was petrified and looked bad.
