End-of-year blood drives are a precious commodity because patients always need transfusions. The team of the French Blood Establishment (EFS), Tarbes led by Dr Pommier thanks the 99 donors, 94 of whom were collected.
More and more young people come to donate blood, which adds to the cohort of loyal donors. With Dr. Pommier, three nurses took the samples.
On the logistics side, the team was reinforced by Evelyne Rimailho, referent volunteer for the Montréjeau sector. Despite the gloomy weather created by the barrier gestures, the festive snack was greatly appreciated. The spit cake, the tasty little financiers and the Christmas plate have contributed.
