How do you receive this court decision?

Why was your daughter placed in foster care?
My daughter has had psychological problems since she was 11 years old. She has also been hospitalized several times for suicide attempts. She is not aware of what she is doing, she is fragile and extremely vulnerable.
Last year, after an argument with her, she was taken from me to be thrown into a child protection system. For me that day they hung an anchor at his feet and threw it into the sea.
Why do you say that ?
Because since May 2020, when she was placed in a home, we stopped breathing and it was a descent into hell. There is no control. She does what she wants. She constantly runs away and no one cares. It’s very simple, in less than a year, she was out of school, she started scarifying herself, taking drugs and prostituting herself.
When she has seizures, she does short stays at Ucap (Editor’s note, short stay unit for adolescents at the psychiatry center) which is La Colombière for children. She is shot with pills for three days and then they put her back in the home where she runs away again because no one takes care of her.
You’re just a prostitute, a drug addict, a nobody
Until now, she was protected by her parents. We’ve always told her: “You’re beautiful, you’re wonderful, you’re going to study, you’re going to do this, you’re going to do that…” Today, the system has shattered her. Every day, she has the feeling of being belittled and taking brush after brush to bring her down to earth.
Every day, around her, she hears: “You’re just a prostitute, a drug addict, a nobody”. Is this how she will be able to rebuild herself? And regain a taste for life? I do not believe.
This physical and moral damage for our child, our family and surely other families, it must be known, heard and repaired. Moreover, with our lawyer, we are considering an action against the State.
Why didn’t you appeal this placement decision?
But because we believed in the system. We had the intimate conviction that competent people were going to take care of our daughter. That a dialogue was going to be set up with her. That these childhood “specialists” were going to listen to her, understand her and make her progress. But in fact, no one cares. It’s mind-boggling.
I can tell you that we were quickly disillusioned. Until this tragic episode where an educator, who is supposed to protect her, sexually abused her by dangling her from obtaining narcotics to which she became addicted. You realize ?
