The Metropolitan Council recorded the purchase ofa plot of land, property ofstate, at Montpellier to return it to ACM Habitat in order to develop a Reception Center for Asylum Seekers (CADA). A new CADA
Given the pressing needs for emergency accommodation places, in partnership with the Metropolis, the City and the State, ACM Habitat has agreed to develop this CADA project with a capacity of 21 living units and a social residence. of 65 homes. The State sells this land located rue Guglielmo Marconi in the Millénaire district in Montpellier, for 205,000 €, to the Metropolis, which has exercised the right of priority over this property by decision of the President. The community which will sell it to the symbolic euro for the benefit of ACM Habitant. Compensation between the price paid by ACM Habitat as third-party payer on acquisition by the Metropolis and the sale price to ACM Habitat by the Metropolis. This project is to develop a floor area of approximately 5,589 m² and will be financed exclusively by the Integrated Rental Assistance Loan (PLAI).

We are critical of eccentric locations

An educational framework for unaccompanied minors
