Eder Boesch, 35, had set up a workshop for the production of products intended for sex orgies in the gay community of Montpellier, where chemsex has many followers. He responds to the assize court.
“At the beginning the treatments were very heavy, I could not walk, I drooled, I was yellow. But when I go out I will have a lighter treatment, compatible with my work”. Also this Tuesday, November 3, the Montpellier Court of Appeal examined the case of Eder Boesch, this 35-year-old man who had installed a laboratory in his home, near the central police station, to produce synthetic drugs.
Also detained a pornographic film actor
Detained for a year, this Montpellier resident hopes to regain his freedom, after having had a first endorsement in September, to which the prosecution has opposed: the investigation carried out by the police aims at a criminal qualification, in this case in which five people risk assizes, and where another suspect is also incarcerated, a figure in gay pornographic films.
The drugs this amphetamine addict was trying to produce were aimed at the gay community and the chemsex followers, these sex orgies under chemicals ten times the sensations. “You said you experienced a descent into hell during Covid, where you felt isolated and very strong” summarizes the magistrate of the education chamber. “And you’ve had several involuntary psychiatric hospitalizations in detention.”
Dangerous experiments, the prosecution points out
The Advocate General opposes any release: “He has been under the influence of narcotics for years. I have every fear that he will repeat these dangerous experiences.”
Me Florine Datessen, his lawyer, recognizes this: “At the time, he was on another planet. But he realized the risks he had put himself and his loved ones at risk.” He does not believe the argument of a risk of consultation with the other people involved in the case: “He was considered the great leader of the gay community in Montpellier. But he gave all the names to the investigators and overnight everyone is angry with him. He is no longer welcome in that world.” Decision of 8 November.
