Montpellier: Covivio unveils the Orange campus and a new services hub at Majoria

Covivio delivers “La Bastide”, i.e. 6,500 m2 dedicated to the services and well-being of occupants in the heart of the Majoria-Pompignane tertiary park. This place with Mediterranean architecture, signed Brenac & Gonzalez & Associés, has been renovated with the desire to preserve the exterior and historic architecture of Marc Held. The building provides the occupants of the park with a full range of services, developed around three pillars: catering, business center, fitness and well-being.

Orange, a Covivio partner since 2002, has chosen the Majoria-Pompignane park to set up its campus in Montpellier. For this, the real estate company has designed and developed a building of 16,500 m2, spread over four levels, which unfolds around three green patios. A project signed by Brenac & Gonzalez & Associés, associated with Vivien Gimenez Architecture, which will accommodate 1,250 Orange employees. In line with the CSR ambitions of the two partners, this building is in the process of HQE certification level Excellent, R2S and Effinergie +.
