Montpellier is a land of sports! In addition to obtaining the Terre de Jeux 2024 label, Montpellier and the Metropolis have seen 14 of their sports facilities recognized as a Games Preparation Center (CPJ) in around twenty disciplines for the excellence of their training conditions.
After the Paralympic athletes, the Olympic teams of these two countries (150 athletes) will also be training in Montpellier from August 8 to 23 before the arrival of the French Judo team (training at CREPS) from July 16 to 24. Other nations should participate in this dynamic such as South Africa, China, Spain, Japan and Ukraine in a variety of disciplines.
