A pedestrian was stabbed this Saturday at the beginning of the afternoon, in the area of the SNCF Saint-Roch station, in Montpellier. The emergency services and the police were alerted around 1 p.m. Seriously injured by at least one stab, he was medically treated on site by the firefighters of the Sdis 34 and by a medical team, then admitted to the Anesthesia and Resuscitation Department -DAR- at the CHU, in a comatose state.

A suspect, believed to be the alleged perpetrator, has been arrested in this area by the Public Security police. He was taken to the central police station and placed in police custody at the departmental security of Hérault. For now, it is difficult to know the motive: villainous aggression? Brawl? Revenge ? Did the alleged perpetrator and the victim know each other? For the time being, the latter could not be heard due to her state of health. Police heard witnesses and seized the tapes from CCTV cameras. Case to follow.
