The facts occurred on Monday, April 19, in Montpellier, in the Beaux-Arts district. A man was shot and wounded at midday, reports Noon-free. Reached in the back, it is between life and death, that he was transported to the hospital.

This aggression comes while the President of the Republic is visiting Montpellier. Emmanuel Macron is at the police station, alongside Gérald Darmanin, where he came to announce reinforcements within the police. For now, it is not known whether these two events are linked or not.
