It is helpful for a mother to actively engage with the topic of breastfeeding or other forms of nutrition before the birth. Basic information about breastfeeding during pregnancy makes it easier to start breastfeeding and prolongs the duration of breastfeeding.
The live video lecture lasts about 2 hours and is suitable for pregnant women from the 25th week of pregnancy. A certified breastfeeding consultant will prepare you for the time after birth and there will be an opportunity to discuss any questions or uncertainties.
