The end of the summer season is approaching. The aquafitness sessions were successful with about twenty participants every Tuesday and Thursday during the summer.
In another style, Nordic health sport walking, a dynamic walk with specific poles, has attracted its followers as well as new people wishing to discover the activity on Wednesday evenings in July and August. The last session will take place on Wednesday, September 1 in Capdenac-le-Haut from 7:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. Nordic walking poles provided and disinfected. Price: 8 € / person.
New season.
Amélie is also preparing for the start of the school year with a new sports season in perspective, from September 2021 to June 2022, (health pass compulsory). Adult or senior audience, indoors or in the countryside.

Monday :
Nordic walking sport and health for seniors, 9 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. Montbazens sector (cycle of 10 sessions, beginning September 20).
Senior gyms, 11 a.m. – 12 p.m. in Decazeville, 1:45 p.m. – 2:45 p.m. in Flagnac, 3:15 p.m. – 4:15 p.m. in Decazeville (start September 13).
Tuesday :
Senior Pilates, 9 a.m. – 10 a.m. in Sonnac (start September 14).
Nordic walking sport and health for seniors, 10:30 a.m. to 12 p.m. Capdenac-Gare sector, cycle of 10 sessions, beginning September 21.
Tonic gym for adults (cardio, thighs / abs / glutes), 7:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. in Asprières.
Thursday :
Seniors’ gym, 9:15 a.m. – 10:15 a.m. at Galgan (beginning of September 16), 10:45 a.m. – 11:45 a.m. at Capdenac-Gare.
Adult Pilates, 6:15 p.m. – 7:15 p.m.
-Gym Tonic, 7:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. in Decazeville.
Friday (start September 17th):
Gym for seniors, 9 a.m. to 10 a.m. in Vaureilles, 10.45 a.m. to 11:45 a.m. in Villeneuve.
Nordic walking sport health public adults, 2:00 p.m. to 3:30 p.m. or 4:30 p.m. depending on the circuit mainly in the Decazeville sector (discovery, Vaysse forest, etc.).
All these activities are supervised by a professional, Master Staps “Adapted Physical Activities and Health” and specific pilates and Nordic walking training.
