Yesterday evening, 22 recipients (of which ten were present) received in Montauban their gold or silver medal rewarding their action in a club, an association, or others.
The health crisis has passed by there, shutting down many sectors, postponing certain ceremonies, such as that of the Presentation of the Youth, Sports and Associative Commitment Medals of Tarn-et-Garonne. The situation having returned to almost normal, it was last night that the recipients of the gold and silver medals for the 2020 and 2021 promotions were honored in the presence of Chantal Mauchet, Prefect of Tarn-et-Garonne, Alain Weill, Chairman of the Departmental Council, Gérard Galey, Chairman of the Departmental Medalists Committee, and Pierre Fauveau, Departmental Head of Youth, Engagement and Sports. The bronze medals will be awarded during two separate ceremonies, on November 26 at the Saint-Nicolas-de-la-Grave leisure center, and on December 10 at the Departmental Council.
Masterfully led by Pierre Fauveau, with his still stripping humor, this ceremony celebrated all those who give of their time to live it together.

Pierre Fauveau also honored
This ceremony could not take place without paying tribute to Pierre Fauveau. This is what Chantal Mauchet wanted to do at the end of her speech, to the surprise of the person concerned, obviously not at all warned of the matter. Pierre Fauveau will soon assert his rights to a well-deserved retirement and he could obviously not leave without first receiving the tribute which is naturally due to him, so much the professional and the man were appreciated during his long years of presence in Tarn-et-Garonne. It is therefore with a certain emotion that the Prefect presented him with the medal of the Prefecture of Tarn-et-Garonne.
