Montauban. Wharenui Hawera, from Japan to Sapiac

USM Sapiac announces the arrival for next season of the opening half Wharenui Hawera from the Kubota Spears A native of Hamilton, New Zealand, Wharenui has spent his entire career in the Pacific. First on his land, in the province of Waikato, then in Australia at the Brumbies where he really launched his career by playing 36 games for 190 points in Super Rugby in 3 years. His career continued in Japan like many players from the land of the long white cloud, at Kubota Spears alongside internationals Bernard Foley or Ryan Crotty.

Line striker with more than 80 pro games, reliable scorer with more than 450 points at the foot, the USM has a player profile opener to animate its back lines. Welcome Wharenui!

Reprise. It doesn’t feel like the players have stopped for so long. And yet! After a well-deserved rest, the entire workforce should be back in training near Sapiac on Monday June 28th. And everyone hopes that last season without spectators will forever be a bad, very bad memory.
