The patient follow-up project by SMS won first prize in the trophies organized internally.
The Pont de Chaume clinic organized its 2022 Innovation Trophies.
The nursing and administrative staff were asked to propose solutions for improvement, to be agents of change by proposing various projects around four themes: the well-being of the patient, the image and reputation of the establishment, the organization, and the quality of life at work.
Employees have chosen to support fourteen projects: culinary workshops dedicated to cancer patients; a 2.0 welcome thanks to a robot; traceability of the patient journey by SMS; interior signage; an Elsan support forum; improved waiting conditions in the emergency room; identified and equipped smoking areas; improved landscaping; digitization of bio-cleaning traceability; organization of blood donation days; engage better to better integrate; rethink the wayfinding of the clinic; improve the quality of life at work; create a connected working group for health.
The jury was made up of Michelle Sahuc, president of “Quand Sert l’Espoir”, Catherine Mallevialle, user representative, Isabelle Mothes, head of city-hospital medical relations, Françoise Ginetti, coordinator of AFM Téléthon 82, Sylvain Meissonnier, director of the Clinic, Nicolas Vandeputte, deputy director.
The list of winners is as follows.
The Gold Mention was awarded to the traceability project of the patient journey by SMS sent to the accompanying person by distributing information to an authorized relative on the progress of the care of a patient (Didier Zocca).
Silver Mention: Culinary workshops for oncology patients (Clara Halimi and Julie Freidinger).
Bronze Mention: Improving the outside of the Clinic and digitizing the traceability of bio-cleaning using a tablet (Benjamin Bonnin).
Two special mentions, one for the connected working group for health (Lydia Jozwiak) and the organization of Blood Donation Days (Bastien Maite).
The Pont de Chaume clinic is organizing a Job Dating day next Tuesday for nurses.
