Montana Meiland and her partner Dirk Hoogstraten have ended their relationship. The two have decided to separate after eight years, writes the reality star on social media.
“We’ve had great times together, but sometimes it’s time to let go. We love each other, but everyone goes their own way,” wrote Meiland, 28, in a photo of herself and her now ex-partner.
Hoogstraten shares various photos of the couple in happier times on Instagram. He writes that Meiland remains her everything. “Right now we are taking a step back in our relationship to find ourselves. After everything that has happened around us in recent years, we have changed: positive and negative, conscious and unconscious. This can only be achieved by letting go of the each other for now and let’s see what the future holds. We love each other and will still remain good friends.”
Hoogstraten stresses on social media that the two will not tell the press about the split for now.
