Run Baby, run – SOEDESCO have now released the survival horror game Monstrum in digital form for the Switch, PS4 and Xbox One.
Expect the unexpected
In monster you’ll have to escape a dilapidated 1970s cargo ship while being chased by a terrible monster roaming the abandoned corridors. The game relies on extensive procedural generation: the spaces and paths of the ship are different in each new game. By combining it with a randomly generated monster that is actively looking for you, you have to prepare for the unexpected as you wander through a dark environment that is never really safe. There are three unique monsters in monster and each has its own characteristics and behaviors. Only the toughest players who are able to identify and adapt to the behavior of each monster can escape. Use the items that are distributed on the ship to your advantage, for example by creating distractions or getting to places to which you previously had no access.

monster is now digitally available for Nintendo Switch, PlayStation4 and Xbox One. The physical release has been postponed due to the current COVID-19 crisis.
