Monsignor Jean Patrick Iba-Ba president of the National Dialogue –

He was appointed by the CTRI (committee for the transition and restoration of institutions) to chair the National Dialogue which will take place in Gabon in April 2024.

The Metropolitan Archbishop of Libreville Monseigneur Jean Patrick Iba-Ba was chosen by the Ctri to chair the Grand Dialogue in Gabon. Whose call for contributions was launched in order to collect contributions from Gabonese people. These contributions will serve as a basis for the future national dialogue.

During this declaration, Lieutenant-Colonel Ulrich Manfoumbi Manfoumbi declined the main dates which start from the meetings with the offices of the Senate and the National Assembly of the Transition from October 2 to 8, 2023, including the convening of the National Senate of the April 1 to 30, 2024 and the organization of the referendum for the adoption of the new Constitution between November and December 2024,
