Machinists, fitters and even method technicians: several positions are to be filled within the Beaune-based company Monnot. The industry, located on rue de Chorey, is seeking around ten people to complete its teams , whether within the Monnot company or its subsidiaries. “We need to gradually replace people who retire,” explains Isabelle Thiébaud, general director of SAS (simplified joint stock company) Raoul Monnot, who wants to “encourage people to come through the door. The Monnot group is organized around three activities: industrial mechanics, production and cooperage. On the program for these two recruitment sessions, Friday April 5 and Saturday April 6: a visit to the structure, the presentation of the group then individual 15-minute interviews. “It’s simple, we show them what the work here is,” adds the general director.
