Symptoms include fever, water-filled swelling, skin wounds, especially those accompanied by typical symptoms monkeypox namely there are lumps or enlarged lymph nodes in the armpits, neck, groin and groin.

“For close contacts of positive cases, laboratory tests will also be carried out immediately for early detection and treatment,” he said.

There are several ways to prevent the monkey pox virus. Maintain personal hygiene by diligently wearing a mask and washing your hands with running water and soap, especially if you are sick and meet sick people. Avoid physical contact with people who have a fever, symptoms of redness/pimples/wounds/water-filled blisters on their skin. 3. Have safe, clean, healthy sexual relations by using condoms.
