Monica Bellucci confirms she’s been dating Tim Burton for a while. The actress and the director were previously seen kissing.
“Well, what can I say?”, says the 58-year-old actress in conversation with She France. “It was such a meeting that you rarely have. I now know him well, I love him. And now I also get to know the director. That is a whole new adventure.”
With this, Bellucci refers to her role in Beetlejuice 2, a film by Burton (64) whose production has just started. They are currently in London shooting the film.
It is the first time that the actress and the director have worked together. In October 2022, Bellucci presented a lifetime achievement award to Burton at the Lumière Film Festival. At the beginning of this year, the couple was seen together in Madrid and Paris.
Bellucci was married to actor Vincent Cassel until 2013. They had two children. Burton was with actress Helena Bonham Carter until 2014. They also had two children.
