Several hundred thousand customers of Lower Austria Energy supplier EVN can receive a credit in the EVN bonus program or alternatively small amounts in cash.
The occasion was an out of court settlement with the Association for consumer information (VKI) in the dispute over a Price increase clause. The Application for payment is possible until May 31, according to the VKI on Monday in a mailing.
About half of the customers
Affected parties who want a payout instead of the bonus points can apply for Transfer back at the VKI at www.consumerrecht.at/evn or directly at the EVN at https://extrabonus.evn.at. Former customers can also find one on the two websites Transfer back apply for.
