A third recruit is approaching Monaco. After Swiss goalkeeper Philipp Köhn, a defector from Red Bull Salzburg for 10 million euros, and Ghanaian central defender Mohammed Salisu, who arrived from Southampton for 15 million euros, the Principality club has sealed the arrival of a defensive midfielder from the Italian league. ASM coached by Adi Hütter will recover a most desired Juventus Turin player in Massimiliano Allegri’s squad.
Reunion with Hütter
According to information from Fabrizio Romano and The teamthe Monegasque leaders have reached an agreement with the Old Lady for the transfer of Swiss international Denis Zakaria, who the successor on the bench of Philippe Clement had under his orders at Young Boys Bern and Borussia Mönchengladbach.
Monaco will line up a check for 20 million euros on the table to attract the 26-year-old player to the Rock, who has agreed with his future employer on the terms of his contract, the details of which have not been leaked. The Italian journalist specifies that Juventus Turin will benefit from a nice added value with a view to an upcoming sale of the former member of the Bundesliga, whose lease still ran until June 2026 with the Transalpins.

An unsuccessful loan to Chelsea
Bought by the Turinese in January 2022 for 10.10 million euros, Denis Zakaria never managed to win on the other side of the Alps, the native of Genf having played only 15 matches in all competitions, of which only 11 Serie A games, for one goal. In the summer of 2022, Juventus Turin loaned him to English Chelsea, but his move to the Blues was not a great success with 11 meager appearances and 7 small Premier League games played. The Swiss international was only tenured five times in the league before ending the 2022-2023 season away from the London group.
