Monaco GP on TV: is the rain coming on Sunday? / Formula 1

The weather gods could cause plenty of excitement in the Monaco road race. If you don’t want to miss the action in Monte Carlo, you can find the TV times for the seventh race weekend here.

The Monaco GP is a very special race for the GP drivers and their teams on the World Championship program. No other street race has more history and the wheat separates from the chaff on the streets of the Principality.

“We all know that some of the greatest moments in sport took place on the streets of Monte Carlo,” explains Formula 1 veteran Sebastian Vettel. And Mercedes Motorsport Director Toto Wolff enthuses: “It’s a unique and incredibly demanding track on which you have to concentrate fully on every lap.”

The Viennese also admits: “Monaco was not always one of our best routes.” The slow corners are particularly difficult for this year’s Silver Arrow from Lewis Hamilton and George Russell. The weather could make the work of the GP stars even more difficult, as the experts predict a 60 percent chance of rain for Sunday’s race.

In the days before, the chance of a wet track is significantly lower, in qualifying the probability of precipitation is less than 20 percent, on Friday practice the prognosis is similar.

If you don’t want to miss anything, you can follow qualifying and the race in the live ticker on SPEEDWEEK.com. The sessions and the free practice sessions are also shown on television. An overview of the broadcast times can be found here.
