Filming on “Against the Wind” will begin in December (Getty)
The Egyptian actress has contracted Mona Zaki On the series “Against the Wind”, consisting of 15 episodes, which is expected to be broadcast next Ramadan, through one of the digital platforms.
The series “Against the Wind”, written by Khaled and Sherine Diab, directed by Mohamed Shaker Khedr.
He hasn’t revealed any of his heroes alongside Mona Zaki yet, though filming is expected to begin next December.
Mona had left the Ramadan rush last year, after she was supposed to participate in the “Lam Shamsia” series, but most of the work team has been infected with the Corona virus, which prevented filming from completing, and so far the his fate is still ambiguous, as he stopped completely without announcing the shooting date of the shoot.
The series is written by Maryam Naoum, directed by Karim El-Shennawy, produced by Saadi Gohar and co-starred with Mona Zaki, Iyad Nassar and Ahmed Rizk.
On the cinematic side, Mona awaits the screening of the film “The Jeweler”, with Mohamed Henedy, Lebleba, Reem Mustafa, Ahmed El-Saadani, Arefa Abdel-Rasoul and Tara Emad, the story is written by Omar Taher, directed by Islam Khairy, and his stories revolve within a Comedy frame about a man who works as a jeweler who finds himself in many problems and crises because of his wife.
