The Molse sculptress Katrien Dekoninck (49) almost fell from her pedestal on Monday evening when one of her statues was handed over to VRT news anchor Martine Tanghe during the honorary salute. “It fits perfectly with a figurehead like Martine Tanghe,” says Dekoninck.
