I am Johan, 38 years old, diagnosed with MS for 8 years now. For the first 5 years, the MS was very quiet thanks to medication, until August 2020. Due to inflammation in my nervous system, the coordination to my legs and the strength in my body have fallen away. At first I tried to learn to walk again myself, but I ended up in a rehabilitation center last summer and started walking again from step 1. During this process I started to suffer more and more from spasms and muscle tension. These muscle tensions and spasms cause me to be severely limited in walking and moving, something I love to do.
Now I got to try a Mollii Suit, a kind of wetsuit, full of electrodes. You have to wear this suit for an hour every other day to have an effect for 48 hours. It ensures that the weak muscles are activated and the muscles with too much muscle tension relax. When I’ve had this suit on my spasms have almost disappeared, the muscle tension is almost gone and I can move reasonably normally again and it’s as if the MS has disappeared for a while. My night’s sleep is also so much better, I no longer wake up at night due to spasms and I have much more energy during the day. Because of a better night’s sleep and the tension that is released from my muscles, I have much more energy left in a day.
The Mollii Suit feels like a panacea, it gives me much more freedom of movement and feels like the MS is slowly disappearing. I move much better, can lift my legs better and my legs feel much smoother.
The Exopulse Mollii Suit is unfortunately not reimbursed by insurance to date and costs 8500 euros. Unfortunately I don’t have that money in my account!
Hence this crowdfunding for an amount of 8000 euros (including crowdfunding costs). I put in the first 1000 euros myself, would you like to sponsor me so that I can buy this beautiful suit? All contributions (big and small) are very welcome!
It really is a lifesaver for me. I’m sure this suit will do so much for me! Just look at the videos. It’s a world of difference.
