Molde is willing to put big money on the table for HamKam player Kristian Eriksen (27).

VG is informed of this from informed sources. After initially submitting a bid of ten million kroner, Molde came up with a new and improved bid, but once again HamKam said no.

At the same time, Bodø/Glimt are also interested in buying the midfielder. HamKam would rather sell to Bodø/Glimt for a significantly lower sum, as the northerners are willing to wait until after the season.

Before the season, Rosenborg coach Kjetil Rekdal was interested in bringing Eriksen to Trøndelag. It led to a public argument where Eriksen gave the all clear and clear expression that he wanted to leave.

VG is informed that Eriksen has again expressed his wish to leave Hamar. In addition to fighting for league gold with Molde, he is also expected to receive a significantly higher salary than he has today.

Eriksen currently earns less than 40,000 a month in HamKam, and also has a nursery job alongside football. He has a contract with HamKam until December 2023.

VG was in contact with HamKam sports manager Espen Olsen on Friday evening, but he did not want to comment on the alleged interest from Molde and Bodø/Glimt. VG has not been able to get a comment from Eriksen’s agents, Mike Kjølø and Morten Wivestad.
