Molde wins the tug of war for Harun Ibrahim

Norwegian champions Molde win the tug of war for Harun Ibrahim.

According to Sportbladet’s information, Gais has now agreed with Molde on the transfer fee for the talent – and the player is expected to fly to Norway tomorrow to undergo the medical examination and sign the contract with his new club.

It was about three weeks ago that Sportbladet was able to reveal that AIK made a bid for Gai’s talent Harun Ibrahim. AIK then saw him as a wing back, where the club wanted to strengthen with a player behind above all Rui Modesto and Erick Otieno in the wing back positions. But AIK received unexpected competition from Norwegian champions Molde, who made a higher bid than Gnaget’s final bid. And according to what Sportbladet has learned, Gais is now selling Ibrahim to Molde.

Was not in the squad last Sunday

The player has said goodbye to his teammates in Gais, was not in the match squad against IFK Norrköping on Sunday and is expected to fly to Norway already tomorrow to undergo the medical examination and sign the contract. In Molde, he is seen as both a full-back and a midfielder. Ibrahim played in a variety of positions at Gais last season in Division I. Molde won the Norwegian league in dominant style last year and will qualify for the Champions League. The club recently also signed Veton Berisha from Hammarby.
