Moko ENT and singer Kim Hee-jae’s agency, Green Snake E&M, have completed the investigation.

In a press release on the 24th, Moko E&T said, “We have completed a four-hour investigation into the case filed against Kim Hee-jae and his agency Green Snake E&M (formerly Sky E&M, hereinafter referred to as Green Snake).”

A Moko Ent official said: “This was the first time I’ve seen the suspect who was out of contact” and said, “We met while we were still out of touch and obtained important evidence.” He added: “I wanted a sincere apology and acknowledgment for the incident but there was no apology even though I relied on the law to extort money and cause a lot of serial damage.”

MokoENT was Kim Hee-jae’s second solo concert agency which was to be held from July this year. Kim Hee-jae was originally scheduled to perform in Busan, Gwangju and Changwon, starting from Seoul on July 9, but suddenly canceled the show 10 days before the show. In response, Moko ENT filed a complaint against Kim Hee-jae and Kang Mo, vice president of the agency, for fraud in July.

In the mass investigation, Kim Hee-jae, who canceled a concert in preparation with Moko ENT 10 days before the performance, sang 13 songs in another solo performance (Summer Happiness) on August 15th and was also investigated for free exhibition.

A Moko Ent official said, “The performance contract between Moko Ent and Kim Hee-jae is for one year from July 2022 to July 2023, and even though it is a three-way contract between Green Snake, Kim Hee-jae and Moko Ent, it is confirmed on July 9, 10 days before the one-off event.”After that, Green Snake and Kim Hee-jae showed a shocking response by performing 13 songs in a free concert (event) on August 15,” he said .

Regarding the free concert, the suspect replied: “In the music industry, it is customary to sing 13 songs at events, and at concerts, sing 20 songs.” Sounds fun, like the logic of listening to 13 songs.”

In addition, as proof of the active participation of the Green Snake team, they presented a concert poster photo shoot and two directorial meetings. However, in the first concert held from 2021 to March 2022, about 20 recordings, rehearsals and directing meetings were prepared. Kim Hee-jae, who was filming a drama at the time, handed the concert schedule to Moko Ent for the concert and asked for an adjustment. MokoENT helped with the first concert by changing the drama program and presented rehearsals for it.

MokoENT also sent messages exchanged with Kim Hee-jae. In the message, Kim Hee-jae sent a message saying, “I request both companies to have a short conversation so that I can show Kim Hee-jae’s wonderful stage.”

In response, a Moko ENT official added, “Judging from the content of Kim Hee-jae’s message, it seems that the green snake, not the singer, had no intention of conducting the second concert from the beginning.” action. He also added, “We plan to re-sue the vice presidents of Blue Square, Bright Nuri, Kim Hee-jae and Kangmo for fraud.”
