“I know Rob Sánchez and Marc Cucurella. I shared with them in Brighton. They spoke highly of Chelsea and it’s easier to join the club with them here”, said the tricolor footballer in his first interview as a club player.
Both were with the Seagulls when he joined the team. First out was Cucurella, a left-back, who joined Chelsea last season for around $74 million.
While Sánchez joined the team this season, after he had no space in Brighton. DT Roberto De Zerbi opted for goalkeeper Jason Steele during the previous tournament.
In the club there is also the Argentine Enzo Fernández, with whom he will be able to relate more easily and be close.
