His Highness also said, “As part of the federal ministerial reshuffle, we announce the appointment of Salem bin Khalid Al Qasimi as Minister of Culture and Youth in the country. Salem Al Qasimi is our representative to UNESCO and he is a graduate of the Leadership Program.. We announce the appointment of Sister Hessa Bu Hamid as Minister of State and Sister Noura Al Kaabi as Minister of State in the government.” Federal”.
His Highness added, “We also announce the appointment of Maryam bint Ahmed Al Hammadi, Secretary-General of the Council of Ministers, Minister of State in the UAE government. His Highness also added: “We also announce the appointment of Brother Omar bin Sultan Al Olama, in addition to his current duties, as Minister of Artificial Intelligence, to be Director General of the Prime Minister’s Office … and the appointment of Brother Abdullah Nasser Lootah as Chairman of the Competitiveness Council and in charge of the government knowledge exchange file with brotherly and friendly countries.”
His Highness concluded: “Our thanks and appreciation to Sister Hessa Bu Hamid and Sister Noura Al Kaabi for their continuous and sincere efforts during the last period… They will be assigned to new files… We wish the new ministers success in their great tasks… We are always optimistic about the most beautiful future in the UAE.”

Her Excellency Shamma bint Suhail Al Mazrouei was appointed Minister of Community Development in the UAE within the federal ministerial reshuffle in February 2023. Al Mazrouei obtained a master’s degree in public policy with honors from the University of Oxford in the United Kingdom in 2015. Salem Khaled Abdullah Al Qasimi, Minister of Culture and Youth
His Excellency Salem Khalid Abdullah Al Qasimi was appointed Minister of Culture and Youth in the country as part of the federal cabinet reshuffle in February 2023. His Excellency Salem Khalid Abdullah Al Qasimi occupies the position of Permanent Representative of the United Arab Emirates to the United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization – UNESCO in September 2021, where he represented the country At the strategic and diplomatic levels.
As part of his duties, he represented the country in specific tasks and responsibilities at UNESCO, in addition to implementing a number of strategic initiatives formulated by the National Commission for Education, Culture and Science. Previously, Salem Khalid Abdullah Al Qasimi held the position of Assistant Undersecretary for the Heritage and Arts Sector at the Ministry of Culture and Youth, where he succeeded in leading work teams to implement a number of projects related to national identity, the National Symphony Orchestra, the Arabic language, Islamic arts, theater and literature, and archaeology. , cinema and architecture.
Al Qasimi is a graduate of the Leadership Program in the UAE Government. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Design Management from the American University of Sharjah, a Master’s degree in Environmental Management from Columbia University, and a Master’s degree in Urban Planning and Development from the Paris-Sorbonne University in Abu Dhabi.

Maryam Ahmed Al Hammadi, Minister of State in the UAE government
Her Excellency Maryam bint Ahmed Al Hammadi was appointed in February 2023 as Minister of State in the Government of the United Arab Emirates, and she has held the position of Secretary General of the Council of Ministers since 2020. Al Hammadi holds a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering and a Master’s degree in Total Quality Management, and she is a member of the Strategic Planning Association.
