Salah only needed 233 games to score 150 goals, only losing to Roger Hunt who needed 226 games. Salah’s record is better than Gordon Hodgson (242), Ian Rush (249), and Robbie Fowler (261).
“It felt good. We struggled at first, but played well in the first half. We started the second half and conceded, so the game was tougher,” said Mohamed Salah after the match quoted BBC.
“But it’s a good result and of course I’m happy to score my 150th goal. I’ve always been proud to score for this club, but the most important thing is the win.”
