In his last television appearance, when the presenter asked him if it was possible for him to perform a duet with Ramadan, Abdo replied in a sarcastic way: “If Ramadan and Hajj meet, it is possible,” and this cannot happen at all.
And Abdo continued in his intervention, saying: “Muhammad Ramadan is envied by the artists of Cairo because he is a Saeedi. This is the truth.. I like him as an actor, not as a singer,” indicating that he is not proficient in singing in a musical way.
The great singer continued by saying: “In the acting institute there are singing lessons, and any actor must study them. It is natural for him to have a melodic rhythm to perform some passages in his works,” to end his words, “With regard to the duet, there is no relationship.”
