Moeldoko Says NII Movement Has Entered the Community, Reminds People Not to Be Influenced

TRIBUNNEWS.COM – Presidential Chief of Staff Moeldoko provide feedback regarding the existence of group movements Islamic State of Indonesia (NII).

Moeldoko said that at this time the NII movement had entered the community.

According to MoeldokoNII exerts its influence on society by making ASN to students its targets.

This includes the security forces, through various institutions, as well as businessmen.

“Make no mistake, it is already in our midst. Who are the elements that are affected? Through the ASN, through the security forces, through students, through various institutions and including businessmen,” he said. Moeldoko reported by a video show on the Kompas TV YouTube channel, Sunday (24/4/2022).

It should be noted that the NII is an ideological movement that originally emerged under the leadership of Kartosoewirjo in 1947.

Then NII expanded outside Java, led by Kahar Muzakar.

Moeldoko emphasized that this NII will never die in continuing its line of struggle.
