The chairman of Perikliindo, Moeldoko, and artist Uya Kuya came to the exhibition of electric vehicles, the Periklinddo Electric Vehicles Show (PEVS) 2022 at JIExpo Kemayoran, Friday (22/7/2022). They also tried the Wuling Air Ev tiny electric car in the indoor test drive area.
According to detikcom’s observations, the two of them entered the test drive area after circling the PEVS 2022 participant booth. Next, they stopped by the indoor test drive area to try out the Wuling Air EV.
The Presidential Chief of Staff (KSP) Moeldoko immediately took the wheel on the right. While Uya Kuya sat in the passenger seat. Wow.. Moeldoko occasionally drives the tiny electric car on a straight track.

“One, it’s comfortable because it doesn’t make any noise, the second the speed is also quite good. So you don’t have to worry as if the electric car can’t be fast and so on,” said Moeldoko after testing the electric car at the indoor area of JIExpo Kemayoran, Central Jakarta, Friday ( 22/7/2022).
Meanwhile, Uya Kuya just felt the sensation of being in the passenger seat of an electric car. He said the sensation is different from an internal combustion engine car.
“Electric cars are cool, and they are very quiet. Not slow but fast, and this can save a lot of energy. Especially now that fuel is more expensive, fuel subsidies are not overloaded, sir,” he added.
Moeldoko also described Uya Kuya’s expression when he was in the passenger seat.
“Well, I saw him laughing,” said Moeldoko.
“Yes, because the general was driving,” said Uya.
For information, the 2022 Perikliindo Electric Vehicle Show (PEVS) is an initiative by PERIKLINDO and Dyandra Promosindo as organizers which will be held at JIExpo Kemayoran on 22 – 31 July 2022.
This inaugural special exhibition for electric vehicles is expected to be a medium for education and literacy for the public about electric vehicles.
Interestingly, there is a Test Drive & Ride program in the first Hall in Indonesia. Through this activity, you can feel the sensation of an electric vehicle in the room.
“Our test ride and drive area provides SOPs for indoor, in the form of taxi rides. So later there will be test drive professionals who take turns to drive the car. So consumers who register will become passengers,” said Rudy MF as PEVS Project Manager some time ago.
“For consumers who want to try it directly prepared in the outdoor area,” he added.
This special exhibition of electric vehicles will be held on 22 – 31 July 2022 at JIExpo Kemayoran, Jakarta. The following is a list of prices and ticket schedules:

– Weekend Ticket (Friday – Sunday at 11.00 WIB – 21.00 WIB) IDR 50 thousand
