Modhesh became what it is now thanks to a group of volunteers led by a team of expert organizers, who worked diligently and diligently year after year to bring Modhesh to life, while adding a fun atmosphere to his summer residence, Modhesh World, whose design was inspired by the lakes where Modhesh and his girlfriend Dana live. Modhesh World is a free-to-enter, family-friendly destination where children and parents can interact with everyone’s favorite characters in Dubai.
And in line with Modhesh’s slogan: “Live your adventure in my world”, more suspense and fun await Modhesh visitors for free this year than in previous editions, with “Modhesh World” celebrating all seasons of the year, hosting live performances, various games, educational workshops, tournaments and challenges, and many other activities.
Suhaila Saqr Obaid Ghobash, Executive Director of Events and Festivals at the Dubai Festivals and Retail Corporation, said, “Our core team consists of five creative and dedicated people who work hard throughout the year on everything related to the Dubai Summer Surprises festival. The design and launch of the festival requires a large group of collaborating people, and this process basically takes a full year of hard work to show the event in its final and advanced image every time.
The city’s longest-running indoor entertainment event is scheduled to receive up to 200,000 visitors this summer, providing families and children with many fun and exciting activities to enjoy during the school holidays. The Amazing World, which returns in a more beautiful look and a larger and better area than the previous editions, includes more than 350 entertainment areas on an area of 30,000 square meters.
This year, Modhesh World includes some new additions that are in line with the Year of Sustainability in the UAE. This year’s edition of Modhesh World is held under the title “Today for Tomorrow”, as it presents a selection of initiatives and activities that reflect the UAE’s firm commitment to sustainability, and is inspired by the legacy of the founder of the UAE, the late Sheikh Zayed bin Sultan Al Nahyan, may God rest his soul, which guarantees visitors to the entertainment city enjoyable times and a good opportunity to learn more about caring for the planet and the heritage of the United Arab Emirates.
