“This “golden billion”, more precisely the leaders of the countries of the “Golden billion” – they exploit almost all other countries in the world. They abuse their position – technological, informational, financial”, said the president.
As the head of state emphasized, the international financial institutions are structured in such a way that they are unprofitable for anyone, except for the “golden billion”.
Russia, for its part, is ready to establish relations with Latin American countries on a bilateral basis and within the framework of international structures. Moscow advocates for the countries of the region in their unity and diversity to be strong, independent and successful.
The President added that Russia will contribute to the establishment of relations between the countries of Latin America and the EAEU by comparing approaches on current issues of trade policy, tariff regulation, investment promotion and technology transfer.
The first parliamentary conference “Russia – Latin America” will continue until Monday, with representatives of more than half of Latin American countries participating in it.
