The charm does not only come from the quality of the gameplay which never stops challenging, but also addictive at the same time. For every release on the PC version, the modding community is always actively playing around with their friendly and attractive looking engine, continuing to use it even up to the latest titles. It then comes with various mod content, from those that only appear as absurd jokes, which add features that weren’t available before, to those that simply lower the existing level of difficulty. That’s right, we’re talking about From Software’s games, including the newest ones – Armored Core and Elden Ring.
As if predicted and no longer leaving a sense of wonder, a mod named Zullie wants to utilize the same engine foundation used by the two of them to bring the Armored Core into the Elden Ring. For now, the porting process is still in its early stages and already shows how a mecha model at the scale it should be able to live in the fantasy world. For now, it still doesn’t support various things that are essential in gameplay such as motion animation, attacks, and of course the customization options attached to the Armored Core franchise.
Modders are trying to bring Armored Core to Elden Ring even though it’s still in the early stages.
Zullie himself also did not give any commitment whether he will continue this mod until it is playable or not in the future. Meanwhile, he had at least proven that this was possible if you were to be taken seriously. Will the world of Elden Ring be able to survive the onslaught of Armored Core? We’ll just wait in the future.
