From Monday 24 to Friday 28 August, the company Sotraplan, for the Wallonia public service, will carry out planing work and the laying of asphalt on two main axes of Namur.
At Route de Hannut, vehicle traffic will only be authorized on a single lane, in its section between the end of Avenue Albert 1er and Rue des Limites. Traffic will be prohibited on the ramp leading from Avenue Albert 1er to the Grands Malades bridge or to Marche-les-Dames.
At avenue Comte de Smet de Nayer, access to rue des Quatre fils Aymon, that is to say to the bypass below the Pont des Ardennes, will be closed to traffic. Vehicle traffic will eventually be disrupted on avenue Comte de Smet de Nayer, between its crossroads with rue des Quatre fils Aymon and the Pont du Luxembourg crossroads since, although permanently maintained in both directions, traffic will only be possible on a single strip.
The City of Namur invites users to adapt their route according to the work and to avoid areas under construction.
