Mobility: results visible to Sidi for three days
The results of the mobility are visible, at least for some teachers who verified it, at SIDI. In fact, there are teachers who, through the school secretariat, made a question to SIDI by entering their tax code and discovered the new location for the 2020/2021 school year.

By now there are only a few hours left to know the final outcome of the 2020/2021 mobility application, both for territorial transfers and for the positions of professorship and role. The teacher will have to enter, using his credentials, on the Miur online instances and must go to “Other services”. Three-year block for those who are satisfied at school
It is useful to remember that pursuant to art.2, paragraph 2, of the CCNI mobility 2019-2022 there is a three-year mobility block for those who have been satisfied with their transfer to school. The standard says: “Pursuant to art. 22, paragraph 4, lett. a) of the CCNL education and research of 19 April 2018 the teacher who obtains the ownership of a school as a result of a voluntary application, both territorial and professional, having expressed a specific request from the school, will not be able to apply for mobility for the following three years “.
Basically the teacher X who was satisfied for the 2020/2021 mobility on a school requested in the transfer or passage application, will remain the holder in that school for the 2020/2021 school years; 2021/2022 and 2022/2023. This three-year block does not apply to some categories of teachers.
When the three-year block does not apply
The aforementioned three-year mobility restriction does not apply to teachers benefiting from the priorities set out in art. 13 of the 2019-2022 Mobility CCNI, in the event that they have obtained ownership in a school outside the municipality or sub-municipal district where precedence applies, nor to teachers transferred ex officio or conditionally requested, even if satisfied on an express preference. It does not even apply to all teachers who have obtained transfer for 2020/2021 in a school that have not expressed in the preferences of the mobility application, but have obtained it because they have been satisfied on synthetic preferences of the province, district or municipality. They are not even blocked for the 2021/2022 mobility, those teachers who in the 2020/2021 mobility were satisfied on school but through a conditional question because supernumeraries and the teachers transferred office as losers.
