The Young TER de France Pass allows 12-25 year olds to travel freely in July and August on all TER trains in France for 29 euros per month.
Press release from the Bourgogne-Franche-Comté regional council of June 11, 2021:
AN EXCEPTIONAL SITUATION, EXCEPTIONAL MEASURE
While since 2017 the attractiveness of TER Bourgogne-Franche-Comté has continued to increase under the impetus of an effective regional pricing policy, the health crisis of COVID-19 has brought this trend down in a particularly brutal manner. . Also in order to facilitate mobility for all and promote our regional heritage, the Bourgogne-Franche-Comté Region and SNCF TER are joining forces to carry out a large-scale summer action: thousands of low prices in all TER, a summer pass for France for young people, the promotion of tourist destinations in France through communication campaigns and an enhanced tourist map.
