“Mobile Units of Transfusion Center to Visit Burjassot for Blood Donation Campaign”

The first appointment with solidarity is scheduled for eThis Tuesday, the 2nd –festivity of Saint Athanasius of Alexandria–, in the waiting room of studio number 2 of À Punt television, Located in the Ademuz industrial estate, next to the Federica Montseny school and the Municipal Cemetery. The health personnel will attend exclusively, from 9:30 a.m. to 2:00 p.m., the workers of the Valencian public company.

The next day, Wednesday 3 –San Felipe’s feast day–, the second meeting will take place on the campus of the University of Valencia. It will be in the lobby of the Faculty of Pharmacy, on Avenida Vicent Andrés Estellés, without number, from 9:30 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. and from 4:00 p.m. to 8:30 p.m.

The third day will be celebrated during the commemoration of the prophet Isaiah, Tuesday the 9th, on the ground floor of the Health Center I –Specialties–, located on Calle Beniferri, without number, in front of the L’Almara Municipal Market. Donors can go to the dispensary from 4:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m.

The festival of San Isidro Labrador, Monday the 15th, will frame the fourth day. Health personnel will receive on the ground floor of the Health Center II –the Ambulatory–, at number 4 Rubert i Villó street, next to Plaça de la Concordia, from 4:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. Also in the afternoon, from 5 to 8 pm, donors can go to the City Hall lobby, in Emilio Castelar square, next to the Silos monument.

Finally, theThe fifth day is scheduled for Thursday 18, day of Santa Alejandra, in the assembly hall of thein Colonia de San Vicente Ferrer. The juvenile re-education center is located at number 1 on the street dedicated to the Valencian miracle worker, in front of the metro station in the neighboring town of Godella. There will be two shifts: from 9 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. and from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m.

Both from the Transfusion Center of the Valencian Community, as well as from the Burjassot City Council and the collaborating entities in the “Donanters, the most social network” campaign, they encourage neighbors to contribute “a few drops of solidarity”. As in previous visits to the City of Silos, from the health center they remember that “it is not necessary to go fasting” and that “People between the ages of 18 and 65 who weigh no less than 50 kilos and who are in good health can be donors.”
