At the same time, Laguta’s adviser Serhiy Khlan added that attempts to block Ukrainian mobile communications and the Internet had been made before.
“Communication has been disappearing for the third day already. The occupiers are constantly manipulating, constantly accusing the Armed Forces of Ukraine of losing communication and that shelling is taking place. But this is not so. And if we talk about the disappearance of communication, you need to look at the fact that at the same time introduces a Russian operator with +7 code and starts distributing mobile cards,” Khlan explained.
