MND Reports Strong Annual Revenue Growth of 27%

The specialist in cable mobility, snowmaking systems, mountain safety and thrilling leisure facilities has just published its consolidated turnover for 2022-2023, closed on June 30. It performed at €94 million, an organic increase of 27% compared to the 2021/2022 financial year (it was €74.1 million). Export, in decline, represents 53% of the activity, including 8% in Europe.

In the wake of the first half (+24%), MND continued its momentum and recorded double-digit growth.

Over this period, the Snowmaking & Ski Lifts division grew by 17% to 70.2 million euros, thanks to the commissioning of several cable transport facilities in France and abroad. The Safety & Leisure division rose by 69% to €23.9 million, driven both by ski area operators and by the strong growth in four-season leisure activities, whose revenues tripled over this financial year. .

At the end of June, MND posted a firm order book of €140.1 million, up sharply from the €81.8 million recorded a year earlier.

Regarding the outlook, the Savoyard industrialist, who indicates a sharp reduction in financial debt, is approaching the next financial year “with confidence and is aiming for the symbolic crossing of 100 million euros in annual turnover, with a more marked improvement in its profitability (Ebitda) fully benefiting from the effects of reorganization and structuring carried out in recent years”, explains the group, led by Xavier Gallot-Lavallée. Added to this are new industrial capacities, with the delivery at the end of July 2023 of the extension of its buildings over more than 4,000 square meters, dedicated to manufacturing and assembly, on its industrial site in Saint-Hélène- Lake.
