Of the total area, 2,950 square meters will be used as hall space in the future, while the remaining 350 square meters will serve as modern lounge and office space for employees. The rented area has seven loading gates and is scheduled to be handed over ready for occupancy in December 2024. We are also currently in negotiations with other interested parties, all of them internationally renowned companies.”

After completion, the MLP Business Park Vienna will have a total usable area of around 53,600 square meters, spread over four buildings. Flexibly divisible units can be rented from a size of 3,100 square meters. The new property is primarily aimed at potential users with a focus on city logistics, e-commerce and light industrial, including companies that specialize in car sales, assembly and service. In line with its sustainability strategy, the MLP Group is aiming for at least DGNB Gold certification.
The business park is being built on a site measuring approximately 100,000 square meters, approximately 13 kilometers from the center of Vienna, and is connected to the S2/A23 motorway. In addition, Vienna-Schwechat Airport is around 23 kilometers away, and public bus and train connections are in the surrounding area.
