Jakarta –
Coki Pardede arrested for drugs at his home in the Tangerang area, Wednesday (1/9/2021). The Indonesian Funny Council apparently already knows Coki is a user.
Patrick Effendy and Tretan Muslim who are representatives of MLI spoke on the Deddy Corbuzier Podcast. They told about Coki Pardede’s suspicious behavior.
“At that time there was one incident in a public place, we drank a little bit, Coki drank too much, was a little drunk. He kept talking to us, until he cried, this was at a big event. He had a lot of problems, family problems, until he asked I was hugged by a Muslim, my hand was asked to be loved,” said MLI CEO, Patrick Effendy.
“At that time, we didn’t know he was using it. Finally, we went to Pastor Yerry, we wanted it to be non-confrontational. Slowly, let’s try, Brother Yerry, approach. We have a room setup event for the two of us.”
Pastor Yerry Pattinasarany, who was also present on the podcast, also talked about Coki’s story. He admitted that he had done several ways to get Coki to stop using drugs.
“Initially progress because he responded, there was a stage where he wanted to stop but couldn’t. There are factors that are quite complex, at least he has three problems at once,” said Pastor Yerry Pattinasarany.
“The first is addiction to meth. The second is physical, the physical complications that eventually have to be experienced as a result of this use. The third is psychological, it’s a pretty strong problem. Finally, it needs some kind of program. Psychologically problematic, different behavior, unstable emotions. There are from drugs, there are physical and psychological, programs when assessing him.”
But they don’t want to answer when asked by Deddy Corbuzier about the reason Coki Pardede taking drugs.
“It can’t be opened here. It’s too complex,” Yerry answered.
“Because we think it’s too personal, Coki should have said it himself. His own problems haven’t been resolved yet. We are very lucky because Pastor Yerry is very open, we are really waiting for him to tell his own story,” said Patrick Effendy.
It was already under the guidance of the ministry. “It’s been sober, then it relapses again because there are things that trigger it. It seems that the problem that we couldn’t talk about is that complex. It’s not finished yet and can’t be solved with him,” said Yerry.
